Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
During busy periods (promotions/holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

“Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and the specific item(s) ordered. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Because some items may ship from different fulfillment locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages, and packages may arrive on different days.

International delivery times can vary due to customs and local carrier conditions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Delays / Lost / Marked Delivered

Occasional delays can occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, email contact@glowra-beauty.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
