Return & Refund Policy — Glowra Beauty

Glowra Beauty offers a 60-day return request window. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging when possible (including seals, if applicable). Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used health and beauty products, or items with broken seals, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or the wrong item was sent.

How to request a return

Email contact@glowra-beauty.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@glowra-beauty.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution, and we’ll cover return shipping when a return is required.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order.

Return shipping & original shipping fees

If you’re returning for reasons other than damage/defect/wrong item, you’re responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Return address

If approved, we’ll email you the correct return address and instructions. Please don’t send returns without approval.

Refund timing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Banks typically post refunds within 5–10 business days.
